InfoWorld TechWatch: Open Text buys Gauss
From what I know about the two companies, I'd have to say that I think they are a good fit, however I don't know any internas about them. And if I did, it would most likely not be wise to talk about it.
In any case, German Canadian business somehow gets me excited, guess why ;-)
