Just around christmas I purchased a QuickCam Zoom (webcam by Logictech) to play around with... using WebcamFirst
I have now set it up so that there's picture updated every 30 seconds.
A thumbnail is displayed here in the blog menu in it's current version,
a click on it will lead you to the 'fullsize' shot.
However it's only online when I am here at my computer. So I guess I should still add a script to the webserver that recognizes when the camera is offline and displays a message... Will work on that later. Tuesday, January 6

Ross Mayfield writes about Social Networking on the Radar. I know his post is kind of old, but today I came accross LinkedIn a networking tool... Reminds me of the old SixDegrees, but maybe/hopefully this is more successful. It all depends on the users.

Back at the start of a new year. Back in Oakville. Back at work at
Tucows... This is truly going to be an exciting year, and hopefully I
will find the time to document it here ;-) Also we've started a new
family blog called FranKim . So now let's hope I can get Kim to participate ;-)
